What are you going to do?

​

You will be responsible for managing our internal IT systems, advising, and provide support to using our software in our customers' IT environments. You will be supported by a team of committed colleagues and a number of specialized external partners. Together with colleagues, you will be responsible for setting up the Cloud environment, managing MS-SQL Servers, and supporting updates of our software to customers. You maintain contact with our IT suppliers and partners.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

  • Professional communication skills in the Dutch and English language

  • Knowledge of databases such as SQL

Wij bedienen vooraanstaande klanten zoals BASF, Fresenius Kabi, De Heus Animal Feed, Assa Abloy, Abbott en Darling Ingredients. Onze Enterprise software wordt dagelijks door meer dan 24.000 gebruikers in meer dan 100 landen toegepast. Onze klanten zetten onze software in om uniformiteit en standaardisatie te realiseren voor de inrichting van hun processen op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit, compliance en zo een veilige en transparante werkomgeving te creëren voor hun medewerkers waar ook ter wereld.

Wat ga je doen?

​

Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van onze eigen IT-systemen en je adviseert en assisteert bij de inzet van onze software bij onze afnemers. Daarbij word je ondersteund door een team van betrokken collega’s en een aantal gespecialiseerde externe partners.
 

Als Engineer Support, Netwerk - en Systeembeheer lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan onze supportactiviteiten. Je bent samen met collega’s verantwoordelijk voor de inrichting van de Cloud omgeving, het beheer van MS-SQL Servers en ondersteuning bij updates van onze software bij klanten. Je onderhoudt de contacten met onze IT-leveranciers en partners.

uitdaging. Je kunt goed luisteren en analyseren en weet met jouw expertise de klant te adviseren.
